You made that wonderful corned beef for St. Patrick’s Day. Now, you have all these leftovers. Sure, you can eat another meal of it. But, why not make a new dish that will dazzle your tastebuds? 4th of July

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July! We spent the weekend with my family in San Jose. Here’s the spread I made with the help of my husband on the grill. Also, my brother made the pasta salad and a herb and fish sauce marinated chicken. Here we are. My second farmers market post with some of the dishes I made from the items I pick up there. I’m still figuring out how I want to structure these post so bear with me — suggestions are welcomed, let me know what you like to see.
